Is the November SAT test too late to take if I want to apply to colleges?

I am planning on taking the Oct SAT, but wanted to take the Nov SAT to improve on my Math II. Is it too late to apply to colleges if I take the Nov. test
BTW i’m graduating 2010 so I need to start applications this Fall

      The november before the november before the november test date its fine for ed early decision deadlines though.
