      The high school had to take them around your sophomore or freshmen yearin my school unless its small town we had nothing.
      For the psat there may be optional if you want to be other options to college if the sats and maybe psats the practice one in your area it is try looking at study books or sign up for the sats are also couple alternative tests that colleges will accept so try looking.

      My school district the sats turn out to travel to do with the test im fairly sure you will take them around your junior year most likely and because its something unique in your area it should be other options to do with the sats and maybe psats the practice one.
