Is it normal to still not receive a mailed SAT Score Report?

I took the SAT on November 1st. It is now December 14, and I still haven’t received my mailed score report. Is this normal?

Note: I received the online report on November 20th, but they say that printout of those scores are not an official score report. Only the mailed ones are official.

      Yes, it is strange because they were supposed to be mailed out December 1st. I would give them a call.
