How will the SAT Reasoning Test be for someone who has studied the British System?

Curious asked:
I am currently studying by the British System in year 10 and am planning to take the IGCSEs and then move to an American System school for year 12 and take the SAT I there and get my high school diploma and then go to university. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice about the SAT Reasoning Test? Will it be difficult since I’ve studied the British System? Is Maths completely different? If so, what should I study?
