How can I take the SAT test if I am not from USA?

I am from Romania and I would like to study abroad. I want to go to a university in the United States and I want to take the SAT test. I found subjects on the internet and I think I am ready for the test.

      For the test they are completely wrong and should not listen to the us for the test wish you can take the test wish you can.
