Does a 7th grader have to take the SAT test or just TAKS test?

I heard about a 7th grader taking the SAT test, but I thought you don’t have to until high school? Is the only test you need to take in 7th grade a TAKS test?

      For 7th grader to get maybe four 5minute breaks so whoever took that test you by your school is the sat is not fun you need is fine alternative think in 7th grade is brave soul.

      The taks test is required and sat test is good practice.
