Do you need parental authorization to take the SAT test?

I want to take the SAT test, but my Mom doesn’t want me to. Can I do it without her consent? Also, she does not want me going to any college but the one she picks for me. Do I need her consent to start at a college? I am almost 16 and will be starting college in the fall.
