Im confused as to which actual page to fax in.. Should I print out the My Score Report: Summary of Results and fax the first page?

I’m looking to take a free, mock SAT test, not the real thing. I recently took one organized by the Princeton Review, on national testing day. I was wondering if anyone knew where i could take one similar to it. I prefer large companies that offer tests nationwide, but if anyone knows about a mock test in NJ, feel free to inform me. I’d also prefer ones that actually grade my essay, and mail/email me a detailed analysis of my strengths and weaknesses.

I just took my first practice test in my sat class which gauges where i am and got:
680 on reading
580 on math
and the grammar/essay are still being graded, but i did well on the grammar, not sure on how they grade the essay
