What are my chances of getting accepted with a SAT score of 1100?

ok so…My SAT scores was a little over a 1100 for all three sections. I got this score both times I took the SAT. So what are my chances of getting into a state college in Maryland when my gpa is about 3.0. Also I take mostly standard classes.

I do plan on taking the ACT, hoping I do a lot better on that. But im still wondering what my chances are based on my bad SAT and gpa.
