What colleges can this GPA and SAT score get me into in California?

Talking about the UCs, CSUs, and some of the privates in CA.
Also, setting aside all other factors (extracurriculars, etc).
Yes, I do attend a high school in CA. Does it affect my chances if I attend a high school with a low API average.
