Is it normal to still not receive a mailed SAT Score Report?

I took the SAT on November 1st. It is now December 14, and I still haven’t received my mailed score report. Is this normal?

Note: I received the online report on November 20th, but they say that printout of those scores are not an official score report. Only the mailed ones are official.
